PALACE OF ST MICHAEL AND ST GEORGEThe Palace of Saints Michael and George was built in the early 19th century to house the headquarters of the British High Commissioner. George Whitmore designed the neoclassical building which today houses the premises of the Asian Art Museum with rare and unique artifacts of the Far East. Outside is hosted bronze statue of commissioner Adam (1832) in the form of a Roman and next o it is the garden of the people.
